Welcome and thank you for considering membership in the St. James Chamber of Commerce!

We are excited to partner with our business, education, & non for profit community members.  Together we can grow and improve our community through collaboration, networking & partnerships.  We can continue to grow & explore new avenues to further promote our community and the surrounding area.   All the activities and functions sponsored by the Chamber are planned to showcase our community and ultimately to benefit our members.

We’d love to have you join our efforts to grow our community & below are some things you can expect to see as a member.

  • Ribbon-cuttings- to promote new businesses, as well as businesses that are celebrating a milestone.

  • Special events  held to promote St. James and draw visitors to the community.

For the 2026 year, the Chamber plans to sponsor the following activities:

  •  Our Annual Member’s dinner & awards ceremony in March 7th

  • Opening Fishing Day at Maramec Spring Park March 1st

  • Sip n’ Savor- May 2nd

  • Folky Fish Run- Half Marathon at Maramec Spring Park- 1k, 5K, 10K included

  •  Fourth of July Fireworks show

  • Annual Golf Tournament on July 24th; 

  • Grape and Fall Festival September 10-12th  

  • The Christmas Parade & visit by Santa Dec 5 

  • Workshops, Luncheons & Commerce & Cocktail events

The Chamber will provide support to the James Foundation on the following activities: Trout Opening Day and Kids’ Fishing Day.

Other events may pop up throughout the year as our Merchants/Membership Committee works to further support our members.

Another great benefit of joining the chamber for small businesses is the MEWA Group Health Insurance plan, offered through the Missouri Chamber Federation. This plan could potentially save you thousands in health insurance premiums per year. Be sure to ask us to connect you to one of the providers for this insurance plan.

To update or join the Chamber, please read our full membership letter and complete the membership forms below. You may return the forms to director@stjameschamber.net. You can pay your dues by either mailing a check to St. James Chamber, P.O. Box 358, St. James, MO 65559, or by selecting the appropriate Tier on the drop-down Pay Pal menu on this page (through PayPal there will be an additional fee added for processing).
